At CavalloLuxe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The product should be returned in the same condition you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
💸 Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
